What we collect

We only collect what we need to give you a quote and do the work. That can include:

Your name, phone number, and email address
Photos of your home that you send us
Rough measurements and any notes about the work you want
Your address or area, so we know if you’re in our service range

You give us this information when you fill out our online quote form, send us a form through Facebook or Instagram, or contact us by phone, text, or email.

Why we use it

We use your information to:

Prepare and send you a written quote
Contact you about your enquiry
Drop off colour samples, if you’d like them
Schedule and complete the work, if you decide to go ahead

We do not use your information for anything else without asking you first.

Photos of your home

The photos you send are used only to prepare your quote and plan the work. We may keep a copy in our records. If we ever want to use a photo of finished work in our advertising, we will ask your permission first.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We never trade or rent it. We only share it when we need to:

With trusted services that help us run the business (for example, our email and website providers)
With our own crew, so they can do the work
If the law requires it

When you send us a form through Facebook or Instagram, that information also passes through Meta’s systems. Meta handles it under their own privacy policy.

How we protect it

We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe. We limit who can see it to the people who need it to help you.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it — to finish your quote or job, keep proper business records, or meet legal requirements. After that, we remove it.

You can ask us to:

Show you what information we have about you
Correct anything that’s wrong
Delete your information, where we’re allowed to
